Hi Susan, When you complete the order, choose the payment method. We usually have two types: without tracking (cheaper) or with tracking (faster and more expensive). You chose the cheapest shipping. I appreciate your comment, because I thought it was well explained and I see that it was not. I will write this point better. Regarding communication, I never leave a comment unanswered.
